Our Client is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level WPF Software Engineer to develop next-generation software for medical device platforms. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this exclusive search assignment. Competitive compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and stock/RSUs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Windows desktop applications using C#, WPF, and XAML
- Design modern graphical user interfaces for medical device systems
- Create software modules for hardware communication, data storage/retrieval, and processing algorithms
- Support software verification, validation, and documentation efforts
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, and systems engineering teams
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3-5+ years of software development experience
- 2-3+ years of hands-on WPF development experience
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, XAML, Visual Studio, and object-oriented programming
- Experience with GUI development, multithreading, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Preferred Skills:
- Medical device software development experience or other highly regulated industry experience
- 3D visualization/GUI design experience
- Azure or AWS experience
- Knowledge of Python or JavaScript
