We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven BE-IT professional with 23 years of experience in managing IT systems and handling analytics-related responsibilities. The candidate should be capable of working independently, coordinating with different teams, and driving technology-enabled business improvements.

Job Responsibilities :

– Manage and monitor day-to-day IT systems and operations

– Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT support and maintenance

– Handle system troubleshooting and ensure smooth functioning of business applications

– Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business analytics reports

– Analyze business data and provide actionable insights for management

– Work on SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools for reporting and visualization

– Ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and process improvements

– Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization

– Maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and IT assets

Desired Skills :

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

– Good understanding of IT infrastructure and business systems

– Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau preferred

– Excellent communication and coordination skills

– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualification :

– BE-IT

– 23 years of relevant experience in IT systems management and analytics

– Engineers with MBA-IT qualification will be given preference

Preferred Candidate Profile :

– Self-motivated and proactive

– Good business understanding along with technical knowledge

– Immediate joiners preferred
