We are seeking highly skilled Network & Infrastructure Engineers with strong troubleshooting and operational support experience in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge across networking, network security, cloud connectivity, and infrastructure technologies, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting business services.

This role is focused on operational excellence, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and maintaining high availability of enterprise IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud-connected environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve network, security, connectivity, and performance-related incidents.
  • Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, VPNs, and load balancers.
  • Investigate application connectivity issues and perform end-to-end troubleshooting across network and security layers.
  • Support Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents.
  • Support network upgrades, migrations, patching, and infrastructure changes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams during incident resolution.
  • Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong Routing & Switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, HSRP, VRRP).
  • Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or similar enterprise networking platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, or equivalent firewalls.
  • VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN, Remote Access VPN).
  • Wireless infrastructure and troubleshooting.
  • SD-WAN deployment and support.
  • Basic understanding of NAC, load balancers, and application connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Azure networking concepts including VNets, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, and Virtual WAN.
  • Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Key Competencies

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to identify root causes quickly under pressure.
  • Broad infrastructure knowledge across networking and security domains.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise network and infrastructure support.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise, utility, oil & gas, telecom, or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
