Our Client Currently looking for IT Asset Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

– Manage complete Asset Lifecycle Tracking from procurement to disposal.

– Handle Asset Receiving and ensure accurate documentation.

– Perform Asset Onboarding and maintain updated asset records.

– Manage Asset Requests including allocation, deallocation, and retrieval.

– Maintain and track Hardware Inventory with accurate records in the system.

– Conduct Physical Asset Verification on a regular basis.

– Monitor and update Asset Warranty Tracking to ensure timely renewals/replacements.

– Prepare and maintain IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Reports.

– Oversee Asset Disposal Management in compliance with company policy.

– Support audits by providing up-to-date inventory and asset management reports.

– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth End-to-End Asset Request Management.
