Were looking for a smart, execution-focused Integration Engineer who can bridge backend systems with modern AI tools. This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering, APIs, and applied AI ideal for someone who enjoys building fast, solving real problems, and experimenting with new technologies.

What Youll Do :

– Build and manage integrations between internal systems, third-party APIs, and AI platforms

– Develop scalable backend services using Python

– Work with AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, embeddings, etc.) to enhance workflows

– Design and maintain data pipelines for real-time and batch processing

– Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship features quickly

– Debug, optimize, and improve performance of integrations

– Continuously explore new AI tools and identify opportunities to apply them

What Were Looking For :

– 12 years of hands-on experience in backend development

– Strong proficiency in Python (must-have)

– Solid understanding of APIs (REST, webhooks, etc.)

– Exposure to AI tools / ecosystems (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector DBs, or similar)

– Basic understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)

– Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity to learn

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Good to Have :

– Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

– Familiarity with microservices architecture

– Experience working with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)

– Understanding of data engineering concepts
