We are seeking a Remote Oracle HCM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions with a primary focus on Talent Management and Compensation. This role serves as a strategic advisor to HR, Total Rewards, and business leadership teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that enhance workforce effectiveness and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions focused on Talent Management and Compensation
- Serve as the Oracle HCM subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on system capabilities, roadmap planning, and solution architecture
- Partner with HR, Talent Management, and Total Rewards teams to evaluate and optimize business processes
- Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud security configurations, workflows, approvals, and system controls
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, and architecture reviews
- Design and oversee integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs, and related technologies
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and sustainable solutions
- Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, perform impact analysis, and recommend system enhancements
- Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and implementation best practices
- Provide technical leadership for enterprise-scale Oracle HCM initiatives and system transformations

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 3 years in an Architect or Lead Architect capacity
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM security, configuration, and data architecture
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud implementations and transformational initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
