Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and versatile Growth Marketing Manager to scale marketing engine across influencer, performance, and event marketing. This role will be pivotal in building awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads globally, working closely with our creative and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns across both our core and B2B side of the business.
Influencer Marketing

Manage influencer campaigns end to end across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).

Identify, recruit, and maintain long-term, authentic influencer partnerships.

Negotiate contracts aligned with budget and campaign objectives.

Collaborate with creative teams on briefs to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Oversee campaign logistics, deliverables, and reporting from ideation through to completion.
Performance Marketing

Lead daily operations and optimisation of paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter), and Google Ads.

Partner with stakeholders and creative teams to iterate on campaign assets and messaging.

Monitor performance metrics and adjust targeting, bids, creatives, and strategies to meet KPIs for awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Stay up-to-date with platform best practices and algorithm changes to drive ROI improvements.
Events

Support event strategy and execution, spanning internal, external, and partner-led initiatives.

Help create event-specific landing pages, promotional materials, and supporting assets.

Research, evaluate, and recommend global industry events and speaking opportunities.
