Our Client is seeking detail-oriented professionals to support an exciting initiative at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Utility Infrastructure, and Geospatial Technology. The Geospatial QA Analyst will play a critical role in validating AI-generated data and ensuring the accuracy of transmission line asset information derived from aerial imagery and LiDAR datasets. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy analytical work, have strong attention to detail, and are interested in geospatial technology, GIS, utilities, engineering, or data quality assurance. Training, documentation, and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate AI-generated utility infrastructure findings using a human-in-the-loop quality assurance process
- Analyze aerial imagery, orthophotos, and geospatial datasets to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Identify and document discrepancies, anomalies, and potential infrastructure concerns
- Execute predefined scripts and workflows to support data processing and validation activities
- Complete structured QA reviews and populate standardized reporting templates
- Utilize web-based geospatial visualization tools similar to Google Earth to review project data
- Follow established classification standards and quality procedures consistently
- Collaborate with technical leads to escalate edge cases or unclear findings for further review.

- Conductors and splices
- Insulators
- Arrestors
- Vibration dampers and related components
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to follow established processes and documentation standards
- Basic technical aptitude and comfort working with software applications and technology tools
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data review and documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing repetitive review tasks with accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to GIS, remote sensing, mapping, surveying, engineering technology, environmental science, or related disciplines
- Experience reviewing aerial imagery, LiDAR data, geospatial datasets, or quality assurance workflows
- Familiarity with Python scripts or the ability to execute predefined scripts. (Coding or software development experience is not required)
- Prior experience supporting utility, energy, telecommunications, or infrastructure-related projects
- Recent college graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply
