We are seeking an experienced Functional Workday Product Manager to support and enhance HR technology initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, manage testing efforts, oversee integrations, and ensure successful delivery of Workday-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Support Workday Performance, Talent, and Succession Planning processes
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive system enhancements and projects
- Manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise platforms
- Ensure system security, reporting, and business processes align with organizational needs
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting HR systems as a Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or Technical Lead
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including Performance, Talent, and Succession Planning
- Experience supporting system integrations and enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting
- Strong communication, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow, Workday Learning, Payroll, Prism, Extend, or Workday certifications is a plus
