Responsibilities:
- Support the departments handling administrative tasks as assigned
- Managing expense reports
- Track and order office supplies
- Answer phones
- Greet visitors to the facility and be the face for the organization
- Distribute mail
- The Front Office Administrative Assistant will schedule meetings and communicate with various department leadership
- Assist with newsletter
Requirements
- Experience in a Front Administrative Assistant role
- Communicate professionally
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft programs
- Professional and approachable demeanor
