Our Client Currently looking for Fitout Project Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire fitout process from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure design intentions are accurately implemented in construction.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports for stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge for the role.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fitout or construction project management, demonstrating your capability in handling complex projects.
- Proven experience with relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence.
- Familiarity with fitout industry standards and local building codes, ensuring compliance throughout the project.
