Our Client is seeking to hire a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing, collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on business performance, partner with leadership, and grow into a true strategic advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to guide decision-making through financial insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver analysis identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and investments
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business decisions
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Cognos or similar)
- Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, and data systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills
