Our Client  is seeking an Enterprise Field Service Manager. This position requires approximately 80% travel and the ability to lead multiple projects across a region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Readiness: Conduct site surveys and validate project readiness before deployment
  • Project Leadership: Lead kickoff meetings, coordinate field activities, and ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Crew Oversight: Manage multiple installation teams and allocate resources effectively
  • Quality Assurance: Perform QA/QC inspections for DAS/BDA, Motorola DMR, and antenna system deployments
  • Commissioning Support: Oversee FATP execution and system commissioning activities
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA, NFPA, IFC, and other applicable safety standards
  • Team Development: Coach and mentor field personnel to drive performance and accountability
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution
  • Permitting & AHJ Coordination: Support inspections, permitting, and compliance requirements
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, commissioning documents, and closeout packages
  • Budget Awareness: Monitor labor, materials, and project costs
  • Operational Support: Provide leadership and technical guidance to regional field teams as needed
Requirements
  • OSHA 30 Construction certification required
  • Low Voltage Contractor License and/or R-56 certification preferred
  • BICSI or equivalent cabling certification preferred
  • 7+ years of low-voltage construction and field operations experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience overseeing Motorola DMR installations, including CapMAX and/or LCP infrastructure
  • Strong background in Public Safety DAS/BDA/ERCES systems with NFPA 1221 and AHJ inspection experience
  • Proven ability to lead field crews across multiple sites
  • Understanding of building codes, fire codes (NFPA 72, NFPA 1221, IFC), and permitting processes
  • Ability to read RF system drawings, riser diagrams, blueprints, and specifications
  • Strong communication skills with field teams and customer stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; must pass background and drug screening
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and elevated structures
  • Comfortable working in server rooms, equipment closets, rooftops, and construction sites
  • Ability to stand, kneel, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
  • Capable of working in varying weather conditions
