Our Client is seeking a Director Core IT – Enterprise Systems, Supply Chain. Summary: We’re partnering with a global consumer-facing organization to hire a Director of Core IT to lead and evolve the enterprise systems that power supply chain, wholesale, and operational processes. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business execution – ideal for someone who enjoys both leading teams and getting hands-on solving complex system and process challenges. The Role: You’ll own a portfolio of enterprise platforms supporting order management, integrations, finance operations, and wholesale workflows. These systems are largely SaaS-based, requiring strong integration, process, and operational oversight rather than heavy development. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders (especially supply chain and operations) to improve reliability, streamline processes, and drive automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee core enterprise systems (OMS, EDI, finance/tax, integrations, and related platforms)
• Partner with supply chain and operations teams on order lifecycle, fulfillment, and inventory processes
• Drive improvements in system reliability, data flow, and operational efficiency
• Identify and implement automation opportunities (Power Platform, AI workflows, etc.)
• Act as a key liaison between business teams and global technology groups
• Provide visibility across initiatives (priorities, risks, timelines, dependencies)
• Lead and mentor a small team while contributing hands-on where needed
