Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead complex, multi-channel marketing projects from start to finish. This is a client-facing role where you’ll be the orchestrator, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations to deliver exceptional results.

What you will do:
Project Leadership

Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, GEO, paid media, websites, email, social media, content, and other channels

Set project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Lead daily or weekly team meetings to maintain momentum and address roadblocks

Create clear deadlines and action items for every team member
Client Management

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients

Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Communicate regular status updates

Build trust through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving
Team Collaboration

Coordinate with internal specialists (strategists, designers, developers, content creators) to deliver quality work

Work with external vendors and partners to supplement agency capabilities

Address bottlenecks quickly and adjust plans when priorities shift

Resolve team issues one-on-one to maintain project velocity
Strategic Operations

Monitor project profitability and identify efficiency improvements

Analyze current processes and recommend operational enhancements

Support sales team with presentations and proposal development

Stay current on digital marketing trends and project management best practices
