Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Financial Digital Transformation Specialist to join the Grid Technologies Service North America team. This role will serve as a key bridge between Finance, Commercial Operations, and Digitalization initiatives, helping to transform how financial and commercial data is managed, analyzed, and leveraged across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions; Analyze financial and commercial processes to identify inefficiencies, manual activities, and opportunities for automation and digital transformation
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights into revenue, margin, cash flow, backlog, forecasting, and operational performance; Lead workshops and working sessions to document current-state processes, identify future-state opportunities, and develop business cases for transformation initiatives
• Support the implementation and optimization of digital tools, platforms, and analytics solutions, including SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Automation/RPA applications, Copilot, and other emerging technologies
• Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and master data management to ensure accurate financial and commercial reporting; Conduct financial and operational analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business improvement initiatives
• Create training materials and support change management activities to encourage adoption of new processes, tools, and digital capabilities
• Measure and communicate the value realization of transformation initiatives through KPIs, productivity metrics, and financial benefits
