Our Client Currently looking for Data Expert – Data and Automation

Key Responsibilities:
i. Serve as a subject matter expert for automated retention and disposition capabilities, driving enterprise strategy for unstructured data lifecycle management across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and future collaboration platforms.
ii. Lead the implementation and governance of automated retention and disposition capabilities across SharePoint and other enterprise collaboration platforms.
iii. Partner with business stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure SharePoint sites are configured to support records retention, legal hold, and regulatory requirements.
iv. Translate records retention schedules, policy requirements, and business needs into practical SharePoint retention configurations and operational controls.
v. Monitor retention automation effectiveness and partner with technology teams to resolve exceptions, improve controls, and enhance adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
i. Experience designing, implementing, or administering Microsoft 365 retention capabilities, including SharePoint Online retention policies and disposition processes.
ii. Familiarity with AI enabled tools and emerging technologies, including Copilot and exposure to agentic AI concepts and their responsible application to business problems
iii. Experience developing executive-ready reporting, roadmap updates, and risk summaries related to automated retention implementation, control effectiveness, and stakeholder readiness
