Our Client is seeking a CRM Program Lead on a contract basis to drive the strategy, optimization, and evolution of CRM capabilities. This role will partner across several different teams to develop compliant, data-driven engagement programs that enhance the effectiveness of communications and interactions. The ideal candidate combines CRM expertise, stakeholder leadership, analytics, and experience operating within a highly regulated environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred
- Experience leading CRM strategy a regulated industry is required
- Experience leveraging data, analytics, and insights to drive business decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate across Medical, Compliance, Technology, and Data teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Background in CRM transformation, migration, or platform optimization initiatives
