Our Client Currently looking for Corporate Cards Account and BD Manager

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Experience: 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or payments, with a strong focus on commercial cards, corporate banking, or B2B payments. Proven track record in managing and growing large corporate portfolios in competitive markets. Hands-on experience with card product launches, platform implementations, and sales enablement. Strong background in stakeholder management across business, risk, operations, and technology teams. GCC banking experience preferred;  market exposure is an advantage. Mandatory Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry. Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation. Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); fluency in  is an advantage. Preferred Skills: The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions. Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies. An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
