Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development, or Business; Additional qualifying experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
• 3+ years of FTE experience designing, building, and deploying eLearning courses using real-time technology
• 2+ years of FTE experience within the last 7 years applying adult learning principles and concepts
• 2+ years of FTE experience within the last 7 years applying instructional theories and principles to online and instructor-led learning programs
• 2+ years of experience developing training materials for adult audiences, including eLearning content, storyboards, and user guides
• 2+ years of experience creating Section 508-accessible content compatible with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, or similar tools
• 2+ years of experience with multimedia and web technologies, including MS Teams, webinar, or similar platforms
• 2+ years of experience with lesson and curriculum planning
• 2+ years of experience with eLearning authoring and educational technologies, such as Articulate 360, FlexClip, accessibility tools, or similar
• 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Cornerstone, Canvas, or similar
