As the Content and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a comprehensive content strategy across social media, editorial channels, and brand communications. You will oversee the full content lifecycle, from ideation and planning to creation, publishing, measurement, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute a content strategy across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Own the content creation process from initial concepts and creative briefs through production, review, and publication.
  • Build and manage editorial and social media calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and coordinated content delivery.
  • Write engaging social copy, long-form articles, blog content, and creative briefs aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
  • Develop content concepts based on platform trends, audience insights, market developments, and performance data.
  • Manage relationships with external creators, writers, designers, and other content partners to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice across different channels while adapting messaging to fit each platform’s unique audience.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and public feedback professionally.
  • Research industry trends and market insights to create relevant, valuable content for homeowners, professionals, and broader audiences.
  • Write, edit, and optimize blog content, including guides, educational resources, and industry-focused articles.
  • Apply SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, internal linking, and content structure improvements.
  • Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize reach, engagement, and campaign impact.
  • Track content performance through analytics tools and provide insights to improve future strategies and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and support broader business objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced content marketer with strong writing skills, creative instincts, and the ability to manage multiple content initiatives independently. You should combine editorial expertise with an understanding of social media trends, analytics, and modern content production workflows.

  • 5+ years of experience managing content for a brand, company, or organization.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities across both long-form content and short-form social media copy.
  • Experience developing content strategies and managing publishing workflows from concept to execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and the ability to use them effectively while maintaining quality and brand standards.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools to measure performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience managing online communities, public comments, and customer feedback professionally.
  • Ability to coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in real estate, technology, or related industries is considered an asset.
