Our client is seeking a Conference Producer
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth industry research to identify key trends, topics, and speakers relevant to our expos.
- Develop and curate conference agendas, ensuring timely, topical, and engaging content.
- Source and secure high-level speakers, panelists, and moderators from the financial and fintech industries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align conference content with overall event branding, marketing, and sales goals.
- Manage speaker communications and logistics, ensuring a professional and seamless experience pre-event, onsite, and post-event.
- Maintain and update speaker and agenda details across all event platforms and materials.
- Support the on-site execution of conferences, ensuring sessions run smoothly and on schedule.
- Gather feedback from speakers and attendees to continuously enhance agenda quality and relevance.
- Monitor competitor events and suggest enhancements to maintain HQMenau2019s leadership position in the industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1u20133 years of experience in conference production, content creation, business journalism, or related roles.
- A strong interest in the financial, fintech, or trading industries.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret industry trends.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior executives and thought leaders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
- Bacheloru2019s degree required; Communications, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management.
