Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track financial schedules in alignment with applicable documentation and requirements
- Prepare disbursements and manage funding across banking platforms
- Complete portfolio reporting and perform reconciliations for assigned entities
- Review tax returns and support related tax and audit activities
- Support full deal lifecycle, including closings and exits
- Act as point of contact for investors, lenders, and partners
- Prepare loan reporting, compliance certificates, and financial statements
- Maintain entity-level bookkeeping and monitor cash flow across NMTC structures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience with accounting and general ledger maintenance
- Ability to identify, interpret, and resolve discrepancies
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
