We are currently looking for a Conversational AI Project Manager (CAI PM) to support one of our key clients.
Daily Tasks
- Lead Conversational AI projects (chatbots, voicebots, and agent assist solutions) for contact center environments.
- Coordinate and manage project implementation with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
- Manage projects using Agile methodologies, leveraging tools such as Jira (backlog management, sprint planning, progress tracking).
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and requirements.
- Provide a commercial and consultative perspective, identifying opportunities and supporting the sale of AI solutions.
- Prepare and present functional and financial proposals, ensuring clear alignment and delivery expectations with clients.
- Oversee the implementation of Agent Assist solutions, where AI supports contact center agents in real time.
- Monitor project results, reporting, and drive continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Skills / Requirements
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proactive, autonomous, and hands-on profile with strong execution capabilities
- Solid experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools such as Jira
- Strong client and business orientation, with the ability to sell solutions and ensure successful delivery
- Ability to prepare and present financial proposals, ensuring client understanding and alignment
- Proven experience coordinating and delivering projects with multiple stakeholders (technical teams, business, clients, and vendors)
- Fluent English
