Responsibilities

    • DriveĀ  operational strategy across products, services, and market expansions with a focus on scale and efficiency.
    • Own and lead complex operational domains, designing and implementing programs that enhance scalability, automation, and business impact.
    • Define, scope, and execute high-priority initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
    • Analyze large data sets to generate insights, drive operational improvements, and make strategic recommendations.
    • Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement solutions that optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
    • Develop and refine scalable processes, leveraging technology and best practices to improve operations at scale.
    • Partner closely with product, engineering, compliance, and customer experience teams to implement high-impact operational improvements.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build reporting mechanisms to track and enhance operational effectiveness.
    • Identify and implement industry best practices to enhance Deel’s global operations, ensuring adaptability in a dynamic business environment.Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., tech, fintech, consulting, operations, strategy).
    • Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives, assuming ownership, and delivering results in an IC capacity.
    • Strong analytical and data skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Looker, or Snowflake is a plus.
    • Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps and drive execution.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels.
    • Experience working with product and engineering teams to drive operational improvements and automation.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
