Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales, Post-Sales, and Product teams to drive strategic insights, financial planning, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic business environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a finance business partner to Sales and Post-Sales leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, and headcount/commission analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast subscription revenue, customer retention, and sales productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Accounting to ensure accurate month-end and quarter-end financial reporting.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead process improvements across forecasting, data accuracy, and performance tracking.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A, preferably in high-growth or data-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting tools (Adaptive Insights preferred).
- Proven track record in financial analysis and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS or FinTech organizations.
- Background supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) teams on budget and performance analysis.
- Strong business acumen and ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
