As a Bluetooth Firmware Development Lead, you will lead a team of engineers in designing and delivering robust, high-performance Bluetooth firmware solutions. You will play a key role in defining architecture, optimizing performance, and ensuring product quality for embedded wireless systems.

Key Responsibilities :

– Lead the design and development of Bluetooth firmware solutions (BLE / Classic Bluetooth / Dual Mode)

– Architect and implement Bluetooth protocol stack enhancements and customizations

– Drive end-to-end firmware development lifecycle from requirements to deployment

– Lead development for features like pairing, bonding, security, GATT services, profiles (A2DP, HFP, HID, etc.)

– Collaborate with hardware, mobile app, and system teams to ensure seamless integration

– Optimize firmware for power, performance, and memory efficiency

– Debug and resolve complex issues at protocol, system, and hardware interface levels

– Ensure compliance with Bluetooth SIG standards and certification requirements

– Define coding standards, best practices, and quality processes

– Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentoring

– Support product validation, testing, and field issue resolution

– Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Your Profile :

– 8+ years of experience in embedded firmware development with strong focus on Bluetooth technologies

– Expertise in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Classic Bluetooth, and dual-mode implementations

– Strong understanding of Bluetooth protocol stack (L2CAP, ATT, GATT, SMP, RFCOMM, etc.)

– Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems

– Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)

– Hands-on experience in firmware debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, protocol sniffers)

– Familiarity with Bluetooth chipsets (Nordic, Qualcomm, TI, Broadcom, etc.)

– Knowledge of embedded hardware interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, USB)

– Experience with power optimization techniques for low-power devices

– Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams

– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
