Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management of Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team
• In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including businesses, security, compliance, and product management, to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate business requirements into actionable insights
• Your work will directly support program execution decision-making and help us improve our strategic program execution efficiency and security posture
• Actionable Insights: You will provide clear, data-driven insights that support key business decisions, improve processes, and enhance our security posture
• Proactive Risk Management: By developing and maintaining predictive models, you will help the organization proactively identify and mitigate compliance and security risks
• Process Automation: You will contribute to operational efficiency by automating manual processes using scripting languages like Python
• Enhanced Program Success: Your analytical work will directly contribute to our program execution, detecting anomalies and providing intelligence to our program and security teams
• As a member of the Product Analyst Chapter, you will join a team that is the center of excellence for product analysis and contribute to driving outstanding solutions
• In this role you will work in partnership with business stakeholders, product analysts, squad leads, engineers and architects to support initiatives from the Identity & Access Management product area
• Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
• This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles
• Imagine and create the next generation of financial products and tools
• Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks)
• This investigation includes but is not limited to a criminal, civil litigations and regulatory review, employment, education, and credit review (role dependent)
• These investigations will account for 7 years or more of history, depending on the role
