Our Client Currently looking for Assistant / Deputy Manager

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Lead the development and deployment of 5S programs across production lines, warehouses, laboratories, and maintenance areas.
• Conduct 5S audits and evaluations, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain 5S visual management tools (e.g., shadow boards, labeling systems, floor markings).
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to integrate 5S principles into daily operations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train and coach employees at all levels on 5S principles, Lean practices, and continuous improvement methods.
• Support implementation of Kaizen, Lean, and Safety initiatives to enhance process efficiency and workplace safety.
• Monitor and report 5S performance metrics; prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure all 5S activities align with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards, particularly for hazardous materials and battery cell handling.

Drive sustainability of 5S culture through engagement, recognition programs, and continuous audits.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: BE / B.Tech or relevant field (Mandatory)
• Experience: 4-14 years
