We are looking for an experienced ASIC Verification Lead to drive end-to-end verification of complex SoC (System-on-Chip) designs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in verification methodologies, protocol validation, and team leadership, with hands-on experience in industry-standard interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

– Lead and execute ASIC/SoC verification activities from planning to closure.

– Define and implement verification strategies, test plans, and methodologies.

– Work on functional and system-level verification of complex SoCs.

– Develop and maintain testbenches, test cases, and verification environments.

– Perform debugging and root cause analysis of design issues.

– Ensure coverage closure (functional, code, and assertion coverage).

– Collaborate with design, architecture, and validation teams.

– Mentor and guide junior verification engineers.

– Drive project timelines and ensure quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

– 8 to 12 years of experience in ASIC/SoC verification.

– Proven experience in executing at least 2 SoC verification projects.

– Strong hands-on experience with RISC-V architecture.

– Experience in high-speed protocols :

1. PCIe

2. MIPI

3. DDR

4. Ethernet

5. UCIe

– Expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology.

– Experience with simulation, debugging, and coverage tools.

– Minimum 1 year of team handling or leadership experience.

Good to Have :

– Experience with formal verification.

– Knowledge of low-power verification (UPF/CPF).

– Exposure to emulation/FPGA prototyping.

– Familiarity with scripting languages (Python/Perl).
