Our Client Currently looking for AI Workload Engineer

Responsibilities :

– Analyze AI model architectures and translate them into executable workloads on new HW+SW stack

– Design and implement optimized software components for AI frameworks

– Ensure performance, accuracy, scaling and reliability of AI workloads

– Work closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, compiler, kernels, runtime)

Qualifications (Required) :

– Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field

– 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in software engineering or AI model development

– Excellent programming skills in Python and C++ with complex algorithmic problem-solving

– Understanding of AI model architectures, especially LLMs

– Experience in code optimization techniques (performance, memory, paralellization)

– Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have :

– Experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, other) for training/inference.

– Experience with GPU programming or parallel computing (CUDA, OpenCL).

– Knowledge of performance optimization, accuracy, and scaling for AI workloads.

– Familiarity with distributed systems and model deployments ecosystem

– Understanding of microprocessors/chips architectures
