Our Client is looking for an AI Ecommerce Product Manager to come aboard a contract opportunity with one of our clients .This role will own the customer experience across multiple technology stacks, driving conversion optimization, AI-enabled automation, and modern digital commerce initiatives that improve both customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with digital products or eCommerce platforms
- Experience owning customer-facing web products across multiple brands or business units
- Experience leveraging AI tools or launching AI-enabled products, features, or business processes
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices; Conversion optimization; Mobile-first design; Digital customer journeys
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI-assisted digital experiences
- Comfortable balancing strategic product planning with hands-on execution
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks is highly preferred
- Previous experience managing or mentoring product team members is preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience with education, online learning, or digital marketplaces
- Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing
- Knowledge of SEO, AI search optimization, and emerging AI discovery trends
