We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Logistics Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both the accounting and logistics functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- Manage and monitor the company’s accounting activities.
- Prepare and analyze the company’s Profit and Loss (P&L) reports.
- Record and verify financial transactions.
- Monitor company expenses, revenues, and overall financial performance.
- Prepare reports and support management with financial analysis.
Logistics Duties
- Review and verify shipping and trade documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Check documents such as:
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Phytosanitary Certificates
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Certificates of Origin
- Other import/export and shipping-related documents
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers.
- Ensure all logistics documents comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized records of all accounting and logistics documents.
