We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Logistics Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both the accounting and logistics functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

• Manage and monitor the company’s accounting activities.
• Prepare and analyze the company’s Profit and Loss (P&L) reports.
• Record and verify financial transactions.
• Monitor company expenses, revenues, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare reports and support management with financial analysis.

Logistics Duties

• Review and verify shipping and trade documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Check documents such as:

1. Bill of Lading (BL)
2. Phytosanitary Certificates
3. Commercial Invoices
4. Packing Lists
5. Certificates of Origin
6. Other import/export and shipping-related documents

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers.
• Ensure all logistics documents comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all accounting and logistics documents.
