We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background supporting mortgage operations and technology within a banking or financial services environment. This position will support initiatives involving loan origination systems (LOS), lending point-of-sale (POS) platforms, and related mortgage tools. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define requirements, document business needs, support solution delivery, and coordinate acceptance testing.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with mortgage business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology teams to understand business processes, system needs, and enhancement requests
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for mortgage technology initiatives
• Translate mortgage business needs into clear requirements and documentation for technology and delivery teams
• Support enhancements and upgrades to loan origination, lending point-of-sale, and related mortgage systems
• Perform traditional Business Analyst activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through implementation
• Support acceptance testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including validating delivered solutions against business requirements
• Work within an Agile delivery environment and participate in requirements refinement and other Agile activities
• Collaborate across multiple workstreams as the organization expands and modernizes its mortgage technology environment
