Skills Required

• Two years of sales or service-related work experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance license after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day
• Professional home workspace with dedicated desk
• Wired high-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
• Two to three years of sales experience
