Our Client  is seeking a Java Microservices Developer to help design, build, and enhance enterprise-scale service activation and provisioning applications. This role is heavily focused on developing microservices from the ground up while working in a highly collaborative Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with the ability to work closely with distributed development teams and actively contribute to technical design discussions. Candidates who have experience with Camunda workflow automation will be given strong consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement microservices-based applications from scratch
• Build scalable and resilient backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop solutions that support complex service activation and provisioning workflows
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on architecture, code quality, and best practices
• Mentor and guide offshore developers while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, and overall productivity while adhering to established development standards
• Develop and maintain automated unit tests and ensure high code quality through peer reviews and testing practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for software delivery and engineering processes
• Deploy and maintain services within cloud-based environments
