Our Client to identify a Manager of Accounting. In this role, you will lead and execute core accounting operations, ensuring an efficient and timely monthly close while maintaining accurate financial reporting and turning financial results into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis, and GAAP reporting
• Maintain and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Oversee an accountant, including goal setting, oversight, and performance evaluations
• Oversee fixed asset activities and capitalization, ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP
• Review software licenses, related accounts, and contracts for proper accounting treatment and compliance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and automation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and external audit activities as needed
• Serve as an accounting liaison with corporate leadership, field locations, and external partners
• Perform financial analysis and ensure accurate monthly financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP
