We are seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to support strategic financial analysis, business performance, forecasting, and decision-making across a dynamic customer-focused organization. This role will leverage financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and support initiatives designed to improve profitability and customer retention. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with strong financial and business acumen who can analyze complex information, develop actionable recommendations, and effectively communicate findings to both business partners and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and business data to evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models to project and evaluate business and project performance, inform strategic decisions, and maximize profitability
• Develop forecasts, reporting, and financial analyses in partnership with Finance and other business teams
• Support initiatives designed to improve customer loyalty, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value
• Lead key business initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable results
• Support the development and implementation of AI/ML-driven initiatives focused on identifying business opportunities, optimizing spend, and improving operational performance
• Serve as a financial and analytical resource to the business, translating complex data into actionable recommendations
• Develop and deliver presentations and insights to senior leadership, including VP and SVP-level stakeholders
