Our Client is seeking an IT Operations Consultant. The IT Operations Consultant is responsible for the direction, analysis and continuous improvement of the following disciplines:

• Timely and effective PC hardware and software asset management processes and delivery.
• On-time and successful completion of IT Operations’ audit deliverables
• Coordination of Performance & Capacity Planning Health Check reviews and action item completion with Business Unit points of contact
• Workstation patching, compliance and vulnerability reduction
• System and Configuration Item (CI) transition to operations (TTO)
• Incident Management/Major Incident Management
• Problem Management – root cause analyses and continuous improvement in system reliability
• Works with monitoring engineers to continuously improve issue prediction and detection, as well as incident avoidance and automated response
• Driving effective utilization of IT Operations’ Jira Issue and Risk repositories to prioritize work and achieve positive outcomes
