Our Client is seeking a Systems Analyst who will be a key member to gather & document business requirements, helping with current state analysis of our systems, helping define our technology solution, and partnering with QA in test case preparation. The role requires great collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the life cycle of a product/application.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ten (10) years of systems analysis experience required
- Six (6) years of experience working within an Agile software development framework
- Strong with database query tools, strong SQL skills
- Strong level of IT process and technical understanding, and demonstrated knowledge for their area of responsibility
- Demonstrate organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet objectives
- Entrepreneurial problem-solver comfortable accepting, proposing and leading change
