We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and expansion across restaurant and hospitality customers. This is a high-velocity, full-cycle sales role focused on outbound prospecting, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, product demos, negotiation, and closing mid-market restaurant customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand revenue within existing accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to restaurant operators and decision-makers, clearly articulating business value.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity tracking using CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in restaurant groups and hospitality organizations.
  • Stay informed on restaurant industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales execution and customer experience.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales in a full-cycle, hunting and closing role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions into restaurants, hospitality, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle sales processes including cold outreach, discovery, and live demos.
  • Experience managing deals in the ~$20K to $120K+ ACV range with responsibility for $1M+ annual quota attainment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Competitive or entrepreneurial background (startup experience, athletics, or high-performance environments) is a plus.
