Our Client is looking for a Senior Product Development Engineer. Summary: This role will be responsible for the execution aspects of our client’s product development process strategy. This entails engaging with the Quality, Product Development, Operations, and Commercial organizations to ensure the company’s existing and new product development design process is defined and followed.

Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering, Polymers, Chemistry, or related field, or the equivalent in relevant work experience
- 8+ years of experience in a plastics manufacturing/converting environment preferred
- Formal problem-solving experience (Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus)
