The Senior Analyst is a global-facing individual contributor supporting sourcing and supply chain initiatives through analytics, process improvement, AI, and automation. The position partners closely with Global Supply Chain and Category Leads to analyze business problems, provide data-driven recommendations, and implement operational improvements. The role also owns small-to-medium automation and AI initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics & Decision Support (30%):

• Lead analytical projects from problem identification through recommendation
• Gather, cleanse, and structure procurement/supply chain data

Perform:

• Spend analysis
• Cost-benefit analysis
• Scenario modeling
• Business case development
• Build dashboards and performance reports
• Create executive-ready presentations with findings, risks, and recommendations
• Identify process gaps through process mapping and analysis

AI & Automation Enablement (30%):

• Identify opportunities to automate sourcing and supply chain processes

Design and implement automation solutions for:

• Reporting
• Data preparation
• Bid evaluations
• Workflow management
• Intake processes

Apply AI-enabled tools for:

• Data analysis
• Summarization
• Reporting efficiency
