We are seeking a Data & Analytics Enablement Program Manager to support adoption of enterprise reporting and analytics tools. This role focuses on training, documentation, and user enablement, helping business stakeholders confidently leverage self-service reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for reporting and analytics tools
- Create user guides, playbooks, onboarding materials, and other enablement resources
- Provide one-on-one and group training to end users
- Partner with business and analytics teams to establish reporting best practices
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating reporting concepts into practical guidance
- Support reporting governance, access management, and documentation initiatives
- Continuously improve training materials based on user feedback and adoption trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, training, or enablement
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with enterprise reporting and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Epic reporting tools, or similar)
- Experience with self-service analytics programs and reporting governance
- Familiarity with Agile environments and data warehouse platforms
- Strong curriculum development, documentation, and training delivery skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
