Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in Personnel Affairs and Government Relations.
  • Familiarity with employee administration processes.
  • Experience handling government portals and official procedures.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in Personnel Affairs and Government Relations.
  3. Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee records, and leave management.
  4. Experience in handling government platforms and official procedures.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Good organizational and administrative abilities.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
