Our Client Currently looking for ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Configuration Management process aligned with ITIL best practices
• Oversee and improve CMDB data quality (KPIs, audits, remediation initiatives)
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, including Discovery and Service Mapping
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure accurate CI management
• Drive continuous improvements and automation to enhance CMDB reliability and value

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in CMDB implementation and Configuration Management
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Experience in data governance and data quality management (KPIs, audits, remediation)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, applications)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Background in large-scale CMDB transformation initiatives
• Experience in consulting or complex enterprise environments
