We are seeking an ERP Data Migration Analyst to support a major ERP transformation. This role is responsible for migrating large data sets from legacy systems into a new ERP environment, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Execute ERP data migration activities including extraction, transformation, and loading
- Validate and reconcile data to ensure integrity and accuracy
- Map data between legacy systems and ERP platforms
- Identify and resolve migration issues and data gaps
- Support testing (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live validation
- Document data mapping, migration logic, and processes
Ensure compliance with data standards and governance
Requirements
- Experience supporting ERP data migration or implementation projects
- Strong experience with large data volumes and validation
- High attention to detail (required)
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred:
- ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- ETL or data migration tools experience
- Procurement, finance, or operations data experience
