We are seeking a hands-on Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in the insurance sector, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building end-to-end digital platforms, including customer web applications, mobile solutions, CRM systems (Salesforce), agency ePOS, and agent portals.

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of modern architecture, including cloud-native microservices architecture, and be adept in agile methodologies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex transformations while collaborating with management teams are essential.

Responsibilities :

– Design and implement end-to-end digital platforms for insurance applications.

– Lead the architectural design of cloud-native microservices for web, mobile, and API solutions.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

– Facilitate agile architecture practices to enhance project delivery and adaptability.

– Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management teams, to convey architectural vision and project status.

– Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

– Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve the overall architecture and development practices.

– Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and architecture.

Mandatory Skills :

– Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture.

– Strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in digital transformation projects.

– Hands-on experience with building customer web applications, mobile solutions, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
