We are looking for a skilled Zscaler Engineer with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Zscaler security solutions. The role involves managing Zscaler platforms, supporting Zero Trust initiatives, and working closely with network and security teams to ensure secure and reliable access across enterprise environments.
Roles & Responsibilities :
– Implement, configure, and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) in enterprise environments.
– Manage day-to-day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Zscaler platforms.
– Deploy and maintain Branch Connector, Cloud Connectors, Private Cloud Connectors, and Application Connectors.
– Configure and manage Sandboxing, Browser Isolation, and advanced threat protection policies in ZIA.
– Support Zscaler Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementations and application access controls.
– Assist in Branch-in-a-Box and Physical Service Edge (PSE) deployments and operations.
– Perform incident analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
– Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler with existing network and security infrastructure.
– Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities for Zscaler environments.
– Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
– 5 to 7 years of experience in network security or cloud security roles.
– Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
– Knowledge of Sandboxing, Browser Isolation, and secure web gateway concepts.
– Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and security architectures.
– Experience troubleshooting enterprise-scale security/network issues.
– Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :
– Zscaler certifications (ZCP / ZCE).
– Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
– Exposure to SASE and Zero Trust security frameworks
