We are looking for a versatile Motion Graphics Artist & Video Editor to serve as a key creative powerhouse for our agency. This role is for a multi-disciplinary professional who excels in the technical precision of motion graphics while being equally passionate about crafting high-retention video edits and sleek static designs. You will be our go-to creative for everything from animated social content and video ads to polished pitch decks and brand carousels.

What You’ll Do

• Motion Graphics: Design and animate high-end motion elements, kinetic typography, and visual effects for short-form content.
• Video Editing: Edit and pace high-retention Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Static Design: Create compelling marketing assets including Instagram carousels, pitch decks, thumbnails, and brand guidelines using Photoshop, Illustrator .
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with creators and strategists to ensure all visual output aligns with client branding and performance goals.
• AI & Innovation: Actively integrate the latest AI tools (such as generative AI for imagery, automated captioning, or AI-enhanced post-production) to streamline workflows and push creative boundaries.
